When Will I Receive My Neon Sign?
All U.S. orders typically arrive to your doorstep within 8-13 business days of your purchase. Orders to all other countries will arrive within 15 business days of your purchase.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty, you have 24 hours to let us know via email at [email protected] and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. We replace items when it’s defective or damaged in shipping.
What’s the length of the power cord?
The cord from the neon sign is 40 inches long and encased with a clear coating, with an additional 110 inches or 60 inches of black cord from the power adaptor. Depending on your neon sign size in total it’s 100 or 150 inches from the neon sign to your power plug.
How Do I Get My Tracking Number?
You will be automatically emailed with your tracking number once we ship out your order. If you don’t receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please reach out to [email protected]

How can I install the neon sign?
All our signs are flexible, durable, lightweight, and easy to install. All our signs come with pre-attached double-sided tape which is enough for our lightweight neon sign to be mounted on the wall. The sign also comes with a 12V power adapter
