We replace items when it’s defective or damaged in shipping. Just let us know via Email or Messenger or Whatsapp and give us complete pictures and videos of the damage/fault. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We also provide a 60 days replaceable warranty on neon signs. So if your sign stops working in any way during this period just let us know and we will deliver a replacement free of charge. The warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear/tear from events or damage due to misuse or mishandling during installation. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item.
